| Oven Roasted Turkey with Pepper Jack |
Grilled cheese is one of my favorite foods. I think this goes back to my childhood when I was about 3 or 4 years old and had not yet started school. My mother would make me an ooeey gooey grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of Campbell’s soup. I would watch Lassie while enjoying my lunch. Unfortunately, those days are gone but I can count on a grilled cheese to take me back to those happy days.

Another thing about grilled cheese is I always have cheese in the fridge. So if I do not have anything else to eat in my fridge, I can always make a nice crispy grilled cheese! Over the years, I have made many variations of the grilled cheese sandwich. Classic American Double Slice Grilled Cheese, Mozzarella and Pepperoni, Sharp Cheddar with Salami, Sharp Cheddar and Strawberry Jam (I promise it is delicious!) and Oven Roasted Turkey Breast with Pepper Jack Cheese.
