In The Kitchen With April

Well, I LOVE Lasagna and until today, I thought mine was the best I had ever eaten.  My dear friend from high school, Angie told me last night that she was making some and would I like her to bring some by to me for lunch the next day.  Of course I said yes and didn’t think much more about it.  She called me earlier and said she would be bringing it by to me. Well, I didn’t want to seem over eager so I waited until she had been here for a while before I gave it a try.  All I can say is “Oh, my!!!!” It was yummy!  I  said I know you probably do not want to give me the recipe, but what all did you put in your sauce?  She said oh I can tell you the recipe right now and clicked away on my laptop and took me directly to the recipe, which you can get here at allrecipes.com.  It is called World’s Best Lasagna and boy was it ever.  She did make some changes to it though.  She had a larger container of ricotta and she used it all and she also used more Parmesan than the recipe called for.  I wish I could say I had a picture because it was beautiful in all it’s cheesy glory.
