Here is a Spice Mix that I am using on my Oven Roasted Lamb for dinner tonight! My spice mix would go well with other oven roasted meats. Sprinkle some of the spice mix into your meatballs or on beef, chicken or lamb and grill them to perfection. Food is always better when you add a little spice.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Sumac
- ½ Teaspoon Cumin
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Store in an airtight container.
- This makes about 3½ Tablespoons.
