Sorry I haven’t posted lately, sickness in family kept me from doing so. My dear friend who is like a father to me had a massive heart attack and I have been at the hospital with him. You may remember him from the German Chocolate Post. I made this cake for him for his birthday and he loved it. I have been at the hospital with him everyday so that is why I have not posted anything new. I will be back on track when he gets a little better. Hope you guys will keep him in your prayers and I look forward to getting back to cooking and blogging!
