4 Ingredient Cheese Ball
I guess you all know by now that I love cheese. Like really, really, really, REALLY love cheese! One of my favorite ways of enjoying cheese is by making my 4 Ingredient Cheese Ball and eating it with some Triscuit or Ritz Crackers. This recipe is so easy and it only has 4 ingredients and takes literally minutes to prepare. You could shape this into any shape you like such as a log. My sister, cousin and daughter went to Nashville this weekend for the Country Living Fair and I made us some sandwiches and snack packs. I divided the cheese ball mixture into four equal parts, shaped into disks, rolled in pecans and put in small containers. I wish I had taken some pictures because it was really convenient to snack on the individual cheese balls with the Ritz Crackers Fresh Stacks. I will be writing about our trip and posting this week, as soon as I finish this mountain of laundry. One of the highlights of the weekend was going to Lynchburg, Tennessee to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. I can’t wait to tell you all about it. So check back to read about the Country Living Fair, meeting Nancy Fuller, star of Farmhouse Rules, eating at Hattie B’s Nashville Hot Chicken and all our other adventures we had this weekend. As always afiyet olsun (aka bon appetite y’all)!
