Well, Spring has arrived but the cold weather has lingered a little longer than expected here in Alabama. It was really cold a couple of nights ago and I wanted to make some good old comfort food. What better to satisfy than some Oven Roasted Köfte with Potatoes or Fırında Köfte Patates hot out of the oven. Of course as usual, I had some garlic yogurt handy for mine! Afiyet Olsun!
