Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Pizza

Ingredients
- ½ pound Puff Pastry Dough, thawed (in USA ½ of Pepperidge Farm package)
- 1 Cup Chopped Ham
- 4 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Italian Six Cheese Blend (or any cheese you like)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the sharp cheddar into small cubes.
- Cut the ham into small cubes.
- Take the thawed dough and roll into a rectangle 9x13.
- Line quarter size (9x13) baking tray with parchment paper.
- Lay dough on parchment paper and make small pricks with a fork.
- Sprinkle ⅓ Cup shredded cheese on the pastry and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped ham and sharp cheddar.
- Top with remaining ⅔ Cups shredded cheese.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cut into rectangles.
