Zesty Garlic Lemon Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs
I am so excited that the weather has warmed up and it is actually nice to sit on my back porch and use my grill. I had some of my Saffron Garlic Infused Olive Oil left over from making my dressing for my Chickpea and Orzo Salad and I wanted to use it up. What better use for it than to make a marinade for some grilled chicken. I love garlic and lemon together so I came up with this recipe for Zesty Garlic Lemon Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs. The chicken was so tender and flavorful. Feel free to add a little more Aleppo pepper if you want it a little zestier! Hope you enjoy! Afiyet olsun!

Garlic Lemon Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Saffron Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 6 Preserved Lemons
- ½ Cup Yogurt
- ½ Red Onion
- 2 Teaspoons Aleppo Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 6-8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, preserved lemons, yogurt and red onions in a blender or food processor.
- Stir in the Aleppo Pepper.
- Salt the chicken and place in a ziploc baggie.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and coat well.
- Place in fridge until ready to grill.
- Heat your grill (I use charcoal but use what you like).
- Cook chicken on grill until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
