Sharp Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
I don’t know what to say about these Sharp Cheddar Garlic Biscuits except MAKE THEM!!!! They are so light and fluffy. They literally melt in your mouth. These are delicious on their own but they go great with my Turkish Beef Stew. They are so good that I am going to leave this post right here so I can go and make some more!!!! Ya’ll enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Cup Buttermilk
- ¼ Cup Melted Butter
- ¾ Cups Sharp Cheddar
- For Garlic Butter Mixture
- 2 Tablespoon melted Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley (or Fresh)
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the buttermilk, melted butter, and sharp cheddar.
- Stir until combined.
- Use a large ice cream scoop to make six equal size biscuits.
- Bake until golden brown for about 9-12 minutes.
- While the biscuits bake, make the garlic butter mixture.
- Brush the biscuits with the melted butter, garlic, and parsley mixture.
- Serve warm.
