I wanted something a little different to top my Smoked and Slow Cooked Boston Butt Pulled Pork Sandwiches so I took an Alabama favorite and put my own spin on it.  I don’t know about your family but mine loves garlic so adding garlic to the classic was a no brainer.  Try April’s Alabama White Sauce the next time you grill.  We like it combined with my Peach Habanero Barbecue Sauce.   It is also great on grilled chicken.  Afiyet olsun!

Ingredients
  • ¼ Tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Dried Mustard Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Horseradish
  • 1½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Crush the garlic into a paste with the salt and place into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into a squirt bottle or a mason jar to store.
  4. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Afiyet olsun!
